The Skill Builders

Led by Ms. Suki Lau, Senior Behavioural Therapist (BCBA), The Skill Builders is a dynamic small-group program designed for children aged 5–8 to develop the essential social, emotional, and behavioural skills needed for school and beyond.

Through engaging activities, fun challenges, and therapist-led guidance, children will learn to focus under distraction, manage emotions, control impulses, and work cooperatively with peers. This 90-minute weekly class blends evidence-based strategies with playful, hands-on learning to help children thrive in both academic and social settings.
