Available Positions
Educational or Clinical Psychologist
Requirements
- Holder of Master or Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Educational Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in school or private practice setting
- Fluent in English + Cantonese and/or Mandarin reading, writing and speaking
- Priority is given to registered members of HKICP or HKAEP
- Experienced in the areas of special needs and/or early childhood an advantage
- Training in different psychotherapy approaches, including but not limited to play therapy, expressive arts therapy, creative arts therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy an advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct psycho-educational / diagnostic / behavioural assessments of students suspected to have learning and social challenges
- Prepare and present written assessment reports for the purpose of designing interventions and programming to support students with social, learning, and behavioral difficulties and applying for access arrangements and accommodations in examination boards.
- Design and implement interventions for social, learning, and behavioral issues
- Provide counseling for children experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties
- Conduct social skills and parenting groups
- Provide workshops and training for parents, colleagues, and professionals at educational institutions, NGOs, and other centres
- Co-ordinate care for students between their families, teachers, learning support assistants, and other professionals by making recommendations, and helping to develop and administer appropriate therapies and strategies
Psychometrist – Full Time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing required)
Demonstrated experience working with children
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and learning agility
High level of maturity, responsibility, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel to China occasionally
Immediate availability preferred
Preferred Experience: Prior hands-on experience with psychological assessments is highly preferred (e.g., WISC, ADOS, CPT)
Responsibilities
- Administer and score psychological and developmental assessments
- Collaborate with a clinical psychologist and other specialists (e.g., speech therapists, OTs, educational therapists) in intake and evaluation processes
- Support case preparation, documentation, and family communication
- Gain practical, real‑world experience in child development and assessment
ABA Behavioural Therapist – Full Time
Start Date: August 2026
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy sessions, as well as school shadowing support, for children
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of BCBA supervisors, ensuring consistency and quality of care
- Collect, record, and analyze data to monitor progress and inform intervention strategies
- Work closely with the Clinical Director, supervisors, and other specialists within the multidisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering regular updates and practical support strategies
Requirements
- Passionate about working with children
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in ABA or related fields
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (spoken and written)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting
- Punctual and willingness to learn
- Patient, proactive, and committed to delivering individualized, high-quality care
