Friendship Lab

Not all friendship struggles are obvious.

Some girls seem “fine” at school — yet quietly feel left out, unsure how to join conversations, or anxious about maintaining friendships.

Friendship Lab is a small, supportive social group designed to help girls build real connections outside of school through guided, practical experiences — not lectures.

We focus on helping girls feel safe, understood, and confident as they grow meaningful friendships at their own pace.

What We Focus On

In Friendship Lab, girls will:

  • 01

    Practise starting and maintaining conversations

  • Learn how to join group interactions naturally

  • Build new, meaningful friendships

  • Develop confidence in a kind, judgment-free space

  • Strengthen perspective-taking and social awareness

  • Manage social anxiety in supportive, structured ways
