Smyra Wong
Upon graduating from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Smyra specializes in providing speech, language, and social assessment and therapy for children with, but not limited to, ASD, developmental delay, Chinese Dyslexia and/or physical disability.
She also has experience providing language and swallowing assessment and training for the adult population. In terms of her clinical work, Smyra strongly believes in prioritisation of each client’s unique needs and thorough communication when it comes to session planning.
In addition, Smyra is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends workshops and conferences to stay current with the latest advancements in the field. Hence, she is going to finish her Master’s degree in Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2025 so as to gain a more comprehensive understanding of her clients’ holistic development. She believes in the importance of effective communication and strives to empower both her clients and caregivers in their everyday life.
