Annie is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 17 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her career as a Behavioral Therapist in Vancouver, Canada, in 2007 and relocated to Hong Kong in 2008.

Annie’s extensive background includes working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and developmental delays in both private and public settings. This diverse experience enables her to develop effective interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.

Her approach emphasizes the importance of social skills development and community integration, utilizing techniques such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA). Annie believes in fostering meaningful relationships that empower children and their families. As a mother of two, she brings a personal touch to her professional practice, demonstrating empathy and understanding that resonate with clients.

Annie has expansive experience in supervising, parent training, school shadowing, group training, and facilitating play dates, ensuring a holistic approach to each child’s development.
