Fiona Fan holds a Master of Counseling from Monash University in Australia and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Salford in the UK. With over five years of experience as a support teacher and school counselor at an international secondary school in Hong Kong, she specializes in guiding students (Years 5–12) through academic, social, and emotional challenges. Committed to fostering resilience in young individuals, Fiona partners closely with parents to equip them with tailored strategies that support their children’s holistic development.
Passionate about empowering youth to thrive, Fiona adopts client-centered, evidence-based approaches in her practice. Her integrative toolkit includes Adlerian individual psychology, narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, and art therapy, ensuring interventions are both empathetic and grounded in scientific rigor.
Fiona is a registered counsellor with the Asia Pacific Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (APCPA) and a member of the Hong Kong Society of Counseling and Psychology (HKSCP), underscoring her dedication to ethical and professional excellence.
