Josephine is a dedicated professional with a global perspective shaped by her experiences in Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. Holding a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Developmental Psychology, she has a strong academic foundation that informs her practice in child-centered care.

Since returning to Hong Kong in 2016, Josephine began her career at the esteemed Maggie & Rose private family clubhouse, where she fostered meaningful relationships with children and high-net-worth families. This experience enabled her to understand the unique needs of families and the importance of nurturing children's holistic development.

Building upon this foundation, Josephine transitioned to prominent private healthcare groups and the Special Educational Needs (SEN) clinic sector, where she successfully established and managed multiple clinics across Hong Kong.

As a Healthcare Operations Specialist, Josephine integrates her expertise in psychology with operational excellence to design and implement child-centered healthcare solutions.

Her unique combination of clinical knowledge and operational skills allows her to create tailored support systems that prioritize compassionate care and efficiency. Josephine is committed to ensuring that every child receives personalized attention, fostering their well-being and development in a nurturing environment.
