Liao Min 廖敏
Senior Behavioral Therapist
Liao Min has been working with children with Autism since 2012 and is one of the few native Mandarin-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Hong Kong and PR China. She received her Master of Education with Distinction from The Education University of Hong Kong and completed her verified course sequence of BCBA at Peking University School of Medical Education.
Prior to joining Sprout, Min worked as a teaching supervisor in Guangzhou, responsible for designing individualized behavior plans and delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), and other developmental delays. She worked closely with inclusive and mainstream schools to ensure the smooth transition of students. Min supervised a team of over 50 behavioral therapists and worked with over 250 children ranging from age 2 to 18 years old.
As the mother of a child with Autism, Min devoted herself to learning relevant professional skills and earning her credentials. Her dedication to the field and personal journey contribute to the uniquely valuable support she is able to provide parents and children with developmental challenges. Min is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
