Occupational Therapy – BOT Motor Proficiency Assessment

The BOT-2 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition) is a standardized assessment tool designed to evaluate fine and gross motor skills in children and adolescents aged 4 to 21 years. It assesses various motor proficiency areas, including: Fine Motor Control, Gross Motor Coordination, and Overall Motor Proficiency.
The BOT-2 is widely used by occupational therapists to identify motor skill deficits, guide intervention planning, and track progress over time. Its results can help inform strategies to enhance a child’s functional abilities in daily activities and academic settings.
