She works with children, teens and parents in English and Cantonese, offering individual counselling, play‑based therapy for children, family sessions, group work and parent coaching to support emotional regulation, school-related stress and challenging behaviour.

Heide is a certified parenting coach in Parent Effectiveness Training and Mindful Parenting methods, and a certified mindfulness trainer. Before moving into counselling, Heide practised law for over a decade. She has completed her Master of Social Sciences in Counselling at The University of Hong Kong, where she specialised in play, family, and group therapy. She has further undertaken specialist training in mindfulness, child behaviour and mental health, and positive psychology at the University of Oxford, Stanford University, and the University of California, Berkeley.
